Looking for a furnished home for an extended stay? Here's what you need to know about our properties, stays, and process.

What is Liberty Square Residences? +
We offer professionally managed, fully furnished residences for extended stays across the NYC Metro area — designed for professionals, relocating individuals, and anyone seeking a high-quality furnished home for 30 days or more.
Who do you typically work with? +
We work with a wide range of individuals and organizations — including those on corporate or professional assignments, relocation and transition stays, project-based or extended work engagements, and insurance displacement placements. Our properties are intended for quiet, purpose-driven occupancy.
Where are your properties located? +
Our properties are located across the NYC Metro area, with a primary focus on Downtown Jersey City — one of the most transit-connected and walkable neighborhoods in the region. Residents enjoy quick access to Manhattan via PATH train, as well as proximity to waterfront parks, dining, and major highways. We are selectively expanding to other well-connected NYC Metro submarkets.
What is included with the stay? +
All homes are fully furnished and move-in ready, including utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and housewares, clean linens and essentials, and professional cleaning prior to arrival.
What are your stay terms and minimum length? +
We accommodate stays from 30 days, with most placements running 91 days or longer. Stays of 91+ days are generally preferred as they offer the most flexibility and predictability for both residents and property partners. We're happy to discuss your specific timeline — reach out and we'll find the right fit.
How is this different from a short-term or vacation rental? +
Our properties are purpose-built for extended professional stays, not nightly or vacation use. You can expect consistent quality standards, a residential environment that supports working from home, professional management and communication, and a stable, predictable housing experience for the duration of your stay.
Do you support insurance displacement and ALE stays? +
Yes. We regularly work with individuals and families placed through insurance carriers under Additional Living Expense (ALE) coverage, and coordinate directly with adjusters and relocation coordinators to make the process as smooth as possible.
How do I check availability or make an inquiry? +
Submit an inquiry through our contact page and our team will follow up promptly with availability, terms, and next steps. We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day.

for property owners

Considering a partnership? Here's everything you need to know about how we work with residential and multifamily property owners.

What types of properties do you partner and work with? +
We partner with multifamily owners, operators, developers and/or investors across major U.S. metros, with a focus on NYC, Jersey City, and select key markets, such as Dallas-Fort Worth or Miami/Southeast Florida. We are generally agnostic to the building size; our work is often best suited for underserved and sub-institutional assets (e.g., 10 to 75 units) in the market. Wherever you are on your journey, we are interested in learning more about your situation and how we can be a long-term partner.
What stage are the buildings that you work with? +
Whether your building, asset or portfolio is (i) newly delivered, under construction, or recently renovated and starting from little to no occupancy or (ii) in the process of an eventual sale or reposition, we can help assess your options and provide alternative furnished rental solutions, including diversifying your rent roll and occupancy mix — all with optionality and flexibility in mind.
What does working with you actually involve? +
Wherever you are on your journey, we can provide a furnished rental solution to your situation. For some owners and operators, it's a readiness assessment — an honest read on where the property stands and what it would take to capture extended-stay demand. For others, it's handling the furnishing directly, or in the select cases, we may consider a more comprehensive, full-service and end-to-end partnership agreement. We can scope this after understanding your property and objectives.
How does this help with NOI, income diversification, and stabilization? +
Furnished extended-stay rentals typically command a premium over market-rate traditional leases — increasing effective gross income. Adding extended-stay demand also diversifies your income beyond conventional renters, reducing exposure to seasonal softness or traditional leasing cycles. For owners targeting a refinance or sale, stabilized occupancy directly strengthens your DSCR and property-level valuation.
